The Space Arts Trust was founded in 2010 through the inspiration of the late Hugo Ellis.  Under his direction several major drama productions were staged at St John’s church, including his final play A Pilgrim’s Song.

The Trust continues to facilitate a range of arts events which inspire and culturally enrich the community. We also support local events, which teach, train and encourage aspiring artists of any age and stage in their creative development. Musicians, actors, sculptors, writers and photographers have all enjoyed Space Arts support for their work and training.

Within the local church and community, Space Arts aims to foster a creative engagement with the Christian Gospel.
